Description of Duties

In this outside sales position, your role will be to develop relationships with prospective and existing customers and ensure high quality customer service to all homeowners.

Some leads are provided. We put our sales representatives in the best possible position to exceed their career and financial goals through ongoing coaching by a proven industry professional.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic in-home sales presentations on roofing services
• Self-generate leads
• Inspect roofs
• Provide photo documentation and notes about the condition of the roof
• Ensure correct supplies are delivered to the job site 
• Deliver additional supplies to complete jobs
• Track leads through technology-based programs

• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills 
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise 
• A strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline 
• Ability to climb a ladder 
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and service expectations
• Integrity and honesty
• A high energy level, sense of urgency, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work as a team
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
• Ability to interact with multiple forms of technology
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs
• Excellent driving record

Salary and Benefits

• $60,000-$100,000k average first-year commissions
