Every roofing project is a little different, and that’s exactly why we don’t give numbers without seeing your home first. Two factors drive the cost of any roof replacement. The first is product selection — the roofing material, style, color, and ventilation components you choose. The second, and honestly the bigger driver, is labor — the level of difficulty specific to your home in combination with the type of roofing material. Roof pitch, accessibility, story height, and complexity all factor in, and those things have to be assessed in person.
It would be irresponsible for us — or any contractor — to quote a price sight unseen. The risk is giving you a number that turns out to be inaccurate, and we’re never willing to do that. The best way to get you real information is to have one of our experts come out, take measurements, walk you through your options, and give you an accurate price. That conversation costs you nothing.
