Park on the Street

Please move your vehicles out of the garage and driveway before our crew arrives. Roof tear-offs generate flying debris and stray nails, so street parking keeps your tires safe and gives our team room to work.

Keep Four-Legged Family Indoors

Construction zones can be overwhelming for pets. Between loud noises and falling material, keeping your pets inside or away from the yard ensures everyone stays happy and safe.

Give the Lawn a Quick Haircut

Mowing your grass short right before project day helps immensely. Shorter grass makes it much easier for our magnetic sweepers to catch every single stray nail during cleanup.

Trim Low-Hanging Branches

If you have tree limbs touching or hanging close to your roof, trimming them back gives our crew clear access and protects your trees from accidental damage.

Clear a Buffer Zone

Please move outdoor furniture, potted plants, grills, and yard decor several feet away from the perimeter of your house to protect them from falling debris..
